Our system uses energy generated from recovered coffee byproducts and transfers that heat indirectly to the beans. This controlled process helps protect the coffee from open flame and direct exposure to fossil-fuel combustion gases while supporting an even, carefully managed roast.

Traditional coffee production follows a largely linear path: resources are consumed, coffee is roasted, and the resulting grounds and chaff are discarded.
Climate Coffee is creating a different path. We recover those coffee byproducts, use them to generate heat for roasting, and return the remaining carbon-rich material to productive use where appropriate. The goal is to replace waste with value and move coffee toward a regenerative, closed-loop future.
